I purchased 2 of these beds for both my sons in the fall and both beds have multiple cracked slats now.. when youre on a fixed income, this is very disappointing as I have to try and fix or replace them now
The bed parts were well packaged (4 boxes) and no damage from transit. The color of the wood is deep and rich looking. The assembly directions were clear and easy to follow. It would have been nice if the holes for the bed slats had been predrilled however, with a drill it was relatively easy to take care of. The trundle is easy to pull out and put back. The drawers although not large are big enough to store a few items of clothing for the kids. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase.
The frame for the most part is sturdy and well crafted. My main issue is that the slats are very thin and would be unable to support an adult long term. I will be looking into some sort of board to put the mattress on top of to add some stability. I could press down and hear some slight cracking in the wood that the slats were made of. Would buy again, but just make sure to get something else to reinforce the strength. Manufacturer was also very efficient at sending me a replacement headboard when the first one I received was broken. Within a week had a replacement part.
I foresee it being very hard to take apart this bed frame in order to move it. It is a very sturdy bed frame but it was very expensive and hard to assemble

Directions can be a little clearer but manageable.
Not enough quality control, cracked material, too expensive for such poor material

tremel works on either side of bed
Bought 2 exactly . Product is as advertized . One for each side room tremel works on both sides of bed .
