Was packaged very well to avoid any damage. Easy assembly (just had to screw in the 4 ). It is super tiny and more for decoration. Not really a practical chair for comfort or for everyday use.

I use it daily and still feels like new, mechanics still work smoothly and has not worn out.
It is comfortable for two people to sit on and recline. I am about 54 and I can lay down in the fetal position on it just fine. The arms are a little hard but the seat and back cushion are comfortable. I am very happy with this purchase.
I hoped for a small, tasteful chair that would fit my mothers size and style. Ordering on/line seemed a bit iffy, but it arrived safely, was easy to assemble, and is a lovely product!
Loveseat is nice and comfortable. It reclines all the way back which is exactly what I wanted. The only issue I have is that the pullout part where I rest my feet can be a bit hard. It can do with a little more cushion. Other than that I like it.

Back not high enough. But cushions are comfortable
Not bad for the price but just not great to sit in for a long period of time. The back not high enough. I ended up returning it
