I purchased the 3 piece reclining chaise lounge set and one chaise lounge was damaged. They shipped me a new set at no charge. It is very comfortable and attractive.
I would say these chairs are ok, but I dont expect them to last long. My husband put them together with no issues, so that part is good. Some of the wicker pieces are sticking out and I had to glue them down. The cushions are comfortable enough, but some of the threads are already fraying. These chairs have been outside for about 3 weeks and probably only sat in 2 or 3 times. They serve the purpose for now.
These chaise lounge chairs are very narrow and it was very difficult to put together because the holes and attachments didnt match well. One had to be muscled to get it together.

These chairs are durable and the cushions are comfy. They were the cheapest I found so I am very satisfied.
