Nice looking chair, but all the missing hardware made assembly a major struggle. We had to find pieces that would serve as a substitute. Very disappointed as it was a gift for a Grandmother, but the seller resolved the issue almost immediately.
Extremely difficult to assemble. Holes not tapped well. Holes covered by wicker, Allan wrench doesnt fit well, not very sturdy, tie downs on cushions broke. Took 2.5 hours per chair. Very, very frustrating experience.
It looks nice and is relatively comfortable, but is not waterproof and actually absorbs water so if never seems to dry out. Its cheaply made and now worth the money. Only had it 3 months and its already rusting!
Ok. I love these chairs but the first set came with 2 arms for the same side. I emailed, used social media, etc. the only way to get the problem corrected was to use my purchases with to communicate with the company. Once I did that, problem was solved in a week!!!
I do love the overall chairs themselves but one season by the pool and the cushions have faded to a light blue from the turquoise that I ordered. Defintely not stain resistant. My dogs love to jump up on them and lay so there is dirty at the lower end. I will probably wash them and put up during the winter months
