I am still sleeping on this feeling the rods springs. I only weigh 120lbs. I cant send it back because it is expanded. I have the ability to close my bed but I threw out my thousand dollar for this. I am really unhappy about it but cant afford to make another mistake. I am now looking for an additional piece of to help cushion it. Wont know if I will be able to close the if I do take another chance.
Arrived earlier than expected, not complaining. Part of the assembly by the stairs was not correct and the provided pieces could not screw together. I had to go out to Lowes to get two nuts and screws that fit. Once assembled it was a nice bed that my small kids love. Nice low profile which is what I wanted.
Guests came to town and said its comfortable. I laid on it for a few minutes and it seemed okay. Theyve now slept on it two nights and no complaints. Theyre both under 59 and one is about 170 lbs the other maybe 105. Said they cant feel the bar underneath.
I put it on top of the original , which is terrible. On our I cant fold both back in, so I will probably get rid of the old one. Then I will need to consider a topper in the future.
The new one arrived as expected. I let it expand for 3 days. No off/gassing. Fits well (Its a queen). Good quality for the price. I would recommend this .
The beds are beautiful. I love the fact that they can be separated, its one reason I was drawn to this product. I would have given a 5 star rating if it hadnt been for assembly. The instructions are horrible.
