Bought this and loved it (used for staging before sale). After we sold, disassembled and put in storage for a few months. Lost the screws and contacted customer support, they sent new ones out and got it to me within a week free of charge! Highly recommend this product
This is the second bed we buy and it is great. Comes in flat packaging. Very easy to put together. Very sturdy, but you have to tighten the screws. Instructions are easy to understand. No tools needed.
Took a few hours to put together but only bc there are small pieces to screw! No tools needed at all except the ones that came with it. Took me and my boyfriend probably three hours. If his lazy ass would have helped more we could have done it in 1hr and a half lol. Very sturdy though. Added a box spring even though you dont need it bc we like to be high.
I like the bed but the color is greenish. I wanted beige color. I will just put in the guest room as i need another bed. Other then that bed is nice. Perfect size
I love this, the frame is so sturdy and it was so easy to build, also all these reviews saying that there isnt instructions isnt true. My instructions were inside the hardware box
NOTE: Theres one misleading part in the instructions that would have you to think that youre missing pieces. I believe its a typo or something that needed to be removed from the final draft. **Parts List, Page 2, states that there is an E (1x) and an E1 (x1). The E and E1 are the velcro strips that are already attached to the slat boards used to support your mattress on the frame. Overall, this was better my purchase of frames... All tools and pieces included and organized. Finished within about 45min... maybe an hour because I was eating. But overall, I love it and it looks great!!!
