I was hesitant to buy a trampoline for my grandsons but saw this one and ordered it. Glad I did! The boys love it. It is very sturdy which sold me on this specific product. Frame assembly was easy. My 12 year old grandson pulled and attached the mat coils because I didn’t have the strength. 3 weeks in, a wind storm dropped a limb which bent an arm support. Customer service has been amazing in sending a replacement.
A couple parts on my trampoline broke from a big gust of wind knocking it over. I was a little concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get the parts but I messaged them and was able to get the parts shipped out.
We love this trampoline!! It was competitively priced, but is well made and looks good. There was relatively little stress in putting it together and we are able to have five kids on there at the same time.
I am extremely happy with this trampoline. It's great quality and comes with all the boxes checked off. It has a tight and fitted safety net, the zipper is thick and sturdy, the legs are the larger thicker and sturdier poles, and if you just slow down and really look at the directions it's not hard to put together.
We had a trampoline for about six years and it was really sturdy. We decided to buy a new one ( this one) and in less than a month more than five straps have broken. I can’t believe that it didn’t last longer!!!
We bought this trampoline for peace of mind with the net and the ladder for our little kids. Those aspects arrived and assembled as expected. Unfortunately the trampoline itself is low quality; it’s loose underfoot and the springs are too small for the surface area. We do want to return it but unfortunately we have to cover shipping to do that.
It’s our second day with the trampoline and we are loving it!!!! I’ve got 3 kids (ages 11, 8 and 3) and they all fit perfectly at the same time without bumping into each other. I was unsure if we should get the size 12 so they would all be able to jump together but we didn’t want it to take up all the garden space so we ended up taking the smaller one and I couldn’t be happier with our choice! It seems small enough from the outside to not be a big ugly bulk, but very spacey seen from the inside! The kids are exercising lots (my daughter marked her personal record of 22.000 steps today!!!) and even I have been doing some extra exercise while having a big laugh with the little one.

Been up for several months now. Kids love it, use it as much as they can. Arrived days before expected. Grandkids love it!

Nice features but poor quality trampoline

Bigger than I expected, but not bulky

Very easy to put together. Very sturdy! Looks great in the kids. Absolutely love it! Great all around!
