I did receive my office chair with one of the wheels not wanting to stay in place but I contacted the seller about it and they responded within 8 hours letting me know they would send new wheels to me. Great customer service!
Im very happy with my purchase. Very well packaged and fast delivery. It was very easy to put together as well probably took me about 10/15min tops. The only thing is its a little stiff but I dont mind it at all. I would still highly recommend to anyone.
I spent hours looking for a vanity chair and I finally found the perfect one its a true white color, I fit perfect and its the right height for my vanity I recommend this product!!
I absolutely love my chair worth the wait. It took my husband maybe less than 5 minute to assemble, soft and comfortable to sit in. I just want to see what other things this seller has to offer just because the customer service was great and my chair is beautiful!
This chair is overall very good. When I sit on it, it is a little shakey, but manageable when not moving cry on it. I bought this because I thought it was cute and it looks just like the picture.
