It pretty much looks identical to the photo (I got grey). As others have said the instructions were pretty terrible, but I figured it out in less than an hour. (Right at the beginning you have to lift the Velcro flap on the bottom of the seat cushion — its not in instructions).
For the money its an excellent chair. It has the retro mid-century look I wanted. Its very firm to sit on... which is fine for me but others might like a softer seat. You probably wont want to curl up in it, but its not uncomfortable.
Classic and timeless chair, easy to assemble and is extremely sturdy. Definitely a value add to my home office! Received many compliments already— Love this!
Very firm and sturdy chair. The arms are too low to be useful. You can sit with your legs criss cross in this chair. The fabric feels very durable. I wish the arms were higher and the padding was cushier. But I am very impressed with the quality of the construction!
The color and look is just as it is pictured. It is a firm seat bottom, but will function well for a guest to sit comfortably rather then having to always sit on the bed or bench. We did have a little trouble lining up the glides for the back, but be patient and try to line them up first, then slowly push down. We put the legs on last, but directions (pictures only) show the legs on before placing the back. It is sturdy, and the fabric is pretty good for the overall price.
These come packed very compactly. When you open up the packaging get ready for a strong scent and multiple pieces.
After spending the better part of an hour figuring out how to assemble this thing I realized you have to assembly the legs to the top piece first then attach the seat once you get the other holes aligned.
Once assembled, this chair looks great and is very sturdy. For what I paid for them, I think the difficult assembly was a fair trade. Would recommend to a friend.
Very sturdy and look and feel like I paid 1000.00 for each. Very stable. Legs must be put in very tightly. Other reviews stated not very stable and I at first thought the sane until I had my boyfriend tighten the legs. The chairs look expensive.
I bought this as an access piece for my master bedroom. I put it together by myself. It was a workout but not too hard. I am not sure how comfortable it would be to sit in regularly but it adds a nice pop of color to my bedroom and holds all my pillows at night.
The chair is beautiful, seems sturdy and well made, and comfy. I am super happy with it and definitely recommend it. However, I must say the instructions for putting it together were really hard to follow. I got it put together on my own, but be prepared to spend some extra time trying to figure out wtf the drawings mean. Other than that its awesome!

Surprisingly difficult to assemble, but sturdy and stylish

Easy to put together. Strong, firm chair.
