The color is very light for both the sofa and legs, expected dark color as in the pictures (Navy Blue sofa and brown legs).
Very disappointed with the color as its misleading.
The assembly steps are easy but might take some time to assemble due to tight screws and using the tools you get with the futon.
Note: I used my own tools to fix and assemble faster.
Comfort wise its good not great. Looks good in the living room.
Stains easily, hard to clean, feels cheap. Uncomfortable to sleep on as a guest, i sleep on the floor instead. takes two people to set up. Tons of silicon storage freshness bead thingies fell out of it as it was built. they werent even in little do not eat baggies. just loose. had the couch for 9 months and those beads still randomly fall out the couch. Also the levers that allow the coutch to become a fouton have suddenly broken. i cant get one of the sides to go down. In short, cheap, uncomfy, unreliable. I guess it works as a decorative couch where it wont EVER be used against someone.
The couch in itself was good and comfortable...While it lasted. One of the back rest broke after 4-5 days of use. Mind you i have more couches in living room and tis was just for occasional sitting or guests. Wood chips started to fall out. Everytime i tried to recline it weird sounds coming through as if it is going to crash any moment. But that's not the worst part. I don't have enough space to store boxes so i discarded the box and when it came to return the Seller had no answer for that . They re directed me to someone else and it was all a nightmare. I had to make Home depot/Lowe runs to find a box big enough but all of them said. Aftre asking multiple friends managed a box and somehow returned it. Waiting for refund now.
Its so so beautiful. It looks fancy and its just perfect if you dont have lots of space. The green shade is what got me, its very sophisticated. Its comfy too. Very happy with my purchase

While they did refund me... This happened twice! It's very clearly a manufacturing or quality control issue. The arm rest pieces are zipped inside the seat of the futon. Very clever packaging. Except for the water absorption pack didnt do it's job or something dripped onto it during packaging. Not only did the stain smell gross, the off gassing is also horrendous! I understand some is to be expected with furniture made over seas. But goodness, we can do better than this!
This is a beautiful futon\couch. Great a show piece. Not worth the price tag. 1screw was missing another broke off inside the hinge part . luckily I had extra lying around. The alignment was a little offset. packaging was great and instructions were clear and easy if all the parts are there and cut holes are aligned the right way. I'm related to a carpenter so he did his magic and mentioned that its definitely not good quality craftsmanship. I did weigh out the reviews and still decided to purchase this .I needed to fill up space and matched the exact color I needed, other tan that I wouldn't have purchased this item. Do not let anyone sleep on this futon. Back issue will arise and if you have back or neck issues Steer clear
This sofa is really stylish. I purchased it November of 2019 for $332.00 from this seller. For the price at the time I cant complain, but I cannot urge you enough to not waste nearly $500.00 on this.
The sofa is for looks, thats it. The futon function is a death trap. I am 100lbs, 104 soaking wet and the entire sofa fell backwards when in futon layout. And the two back legs pushed forward. I regularly have to tighten the screws on both the legs and the arms of this futon. After time they do and will come loose. I dont care how much you strong arm it into place.
The other thing is the springs in the sofa busted out. There is a popping noise and very uncomfortable point where the middle leg sits under the sofa. Theres virtually no padding at all. Its not comfortable and you slide forward in the sofa.
Do yourself a favor and buy literally anything else. I know the design and price can be eye catching, but is it really worth it if youll need to replace it in two years or less time?

Broke in a week but the return that's frustrating
