Box had substantian damage and looked like it was a returned item. However, upon inspecting items, everything was there. Instructions easy to follow and I assembled in about 30 as mention in packet. Couch is super heavy and sturdy after assembly. It fits nicely in our small renovated sunroom. I read through lots of reviews on this and reviewed the photos several times before making the purchase. I really wanted to like it and so far I am happy with this purchase. Love the retro look and the price is nice as well!
Super cute, affordable and great for a small space. Its not the most comfortable couch Ive ever sat/laid on, but it isnt terrible. Just firm. I just got it, so no idea how it holds up over time. Fairly easy to put together, just need two people for sure. The packing is ingenious. The arms come zipped into the bottom and the legs for the futon part are zipped in the back. Very clever design. Love the color. It is a little low for a couch, but Im short so it isnt a problem for me.
I bought this for my office and to use as a guest bed. Comfy enough. But I moved it to another room so I had to take it apart and it was hell to get back together. Had to reengineer the holes for the center legs.
This is exactly what we were looking for in our office space. The only thing that bothers me is that the middle legs are plastic brown color while the outer legs are a nice light wood color. I wish they were all the same color.
After reading all of the reviews (good and bad), I decided to move forward with this purchase and we are super happy with this! It meets all of my need and I have no regrets.
It does sit low to the ground; right around 14 inches from the ground to the top of the seat. My traditional sofas both come in right at 18 and 19 inches from the ground to the top of the seat.
This is firmer than most sofas I have ever sat on but it does feel sturdy.
Bonus: shipping was a few days earlier than originally expected!
My purpose for this sofa/futon is a place for my spouse and kiddos to come hang for a minute while I am working and a backup sleeping place, just in case...
I was totally shocked by how much this item exceeded my expectations once assembled and placed in my living room. Although I ordered the grey color, I was very pleased to find that this futon was instead much closer to an off white color (not sure why they call it grey). This futon was easy to assemble (did not come in a million pieces) and the quality is great, especially for the price!! So happy with this purchase!!
Let me start off by stating that I was skeptical about ordering this because the price point seemed too good to be true for a futon that looked this nice. I am glad I decided to ignore that thought because I feel like I won the jackpot with this couch! It looks amazing in person, and it is very well made which was my main concern with this purchase. I know to be a well known brand, and I now see why. The one thing I will point out is that on my phone and computer, this couch looked like a midnight blue-almost like a black-and in person it looks like a denim blue (which I was thrilled by). I love how this came packaged, and thought that the use of space under the seats to store the arms was brilliant and prevented the use of extra packaging. This took me about 30 minutes to set up alone (all you need to do is put the arms on and the legs), with the arms being the toughest part to do alone as the futon cannot be flat during this step. I leaned mine against a wall diagonally which ended up working out just fine. Delivery was quick and overall I would 10/10 recommend this product. Great for a studio or small apartment!
I bought this couch for a small guest room off my office that doesn't have space for a bed. It looks great, I got the Navy color and its lighter than it looked in the pics which worked great. It's more of a denim color than navy. In terms of comfort it's as expected for $300, I wouldn't want to sit it on this all day but it's fine for occasional use. It seems a bit hard for sleeping on so I'm going to get a foam mattress topper for guests. But overall for the price it's great.

Dont take it apart, you wont get it back together.
