i bought 6 chairs in Jan I love them but have an issue can you please exchange 2 of them
they are suppose to be flat like glued to frame but now 2 of them are loose in middle like material it unglue from the frame and looks weired my email irinadml2013@gmail.com
We are very happy with these accent chairs. The color is exactly what I was looking for. The are in our family/music room for additional guest seating on each side if a lovely antique accent table. We already had a white loveseat and piano in the room so we did not want to take away from the central focus of the room. They are perfect
Highly disappointed, the appearance is very good, and comfortable, but the is too soft, just normal moving in the chair causes it to wiggle lose, and in two cases, the back rest broke away from the seat as an adult family member tried to sh away from the table.
I would not recommend this product for anyone who has children, or elder folks who dont have have the strength to pick up a chair and scoot back.
Since I made this comment, I have received OUTSTANDING! Customer Service for the after sales folks, and not only have the graciously replaced the damaged chairs I mentioned the sent at no cost to me. Thought the quality of the chair itself is still in question, the After Sales Customer Service has been stellar, and I cant give them enough credit in their efforts to make amends, and it is for this reason that I boosted the sellers over all rating.
These are great for the price, but you will have to continue to tighten a few times as the gets used to your climate. Also, do NOT stand on these. They dont take acute pressure well. They creak and crack very bad if you stand on them.
For the price, they are fine.
Likes: came with extra screws just in case. Looks nice. Fairly comfortable.
Dislike: it takes a good bit of effort to assemble. 35 minutes per chair, mostly due to tightening in the bolts that hold it together. Having an Allen key that fits into a drill would drastically speed up the process.
One chair of the 4 squeaks a little when you sit in it.
Getting the chairs to sit level and not rock takes extra effort after assembling.
Chairs look nice, and theres nothing really wrong with them, but the color was much darker than it shows on my comter; its a very dark charcoal grey. It was very easy to assemble, but I personally did not find it comfortable.
Easy to t together. My 12 yo t them together without the directions later found in the bottom of the box under flap. Took him about 5/10 min per chair and when they were t together they really worked with my glass top table. I dont think that they will beforever chairs because the seat material will take some wear and tear and they arent super quality but most chairs are this price for just one.
