First of all, the delivery was perfect. The chair pillow is filled with down and is soft, yet supportive. The chair is so comfortable to curl up and read in. It is also gorgeous, as you can see in my picture. Exactly what I was looking for! I would consider this very high quality furniture.
Never-ending satisfaction from customer service to the item itself. First of all, estimated time of delivery was between October 29- November 10 but the item arrived 4 days after our purchase. Wasn’t that amazing?! Dolomn seller’s responsiveness to our questions and concerns about the product’s phenomenal! Color and size are very true to how it was described. Fancy looking, cute, and comfortable lounge chair! You won’t regret it!

After living with this couch a couple of months I can still say I’m a fan. The only downside I’ve noticed is that if you sit directly in the middle there is quite a dip between the seat cushions so you’re kind of sitting in a hole . We added a medium sized old pillow and slid it all the way in the back for some more support. You can’t see it but it does help with firmness. I think you could also add a small piece of foam towards the back and it would help.
After looking for couches at Ashley furniture, Havertys, and many other furniture stores in our area we realized that we were never going to get a couch before December or even January. (8-14 weeks delivery time.)
Because of that I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on this couch. Im so glad I took the risk! From the time I ordered it the couch was delivered in four days! The delivery process was exactly what I hoped it would be. I paid the extra $ to have the couch delivered into my house and it was totally worth the extra $20! The couch is delivered assembled in one, big box and it is a beast!
The delivery men brought it in, set it up and removed the enormous packaging in about 6 min total.
The couch is deep and comfy. The back cushions can be zipped in place or not. The seating cushions can be removed. It is real leather all over and smells like leather although not a strong smell.
In my opinion the seat cushions are a medium firmness. I cant wait to complete this set!

Its huge. Color is true to photo, quite a pure white. Filling feels a little cheap, but its for my feet so I dont mind. It looks wonderful in my space. Thrilled with this purchase.
I was EXTREMELY reluctant to purchase a sofa online. I am so glad I did! It is deep, firm enough but very comfortable. Only wish the “Pepper” was more on black side, it is a darker grey.

Big, beautiful leather couch!
