This is a great bed frame!! The only reason Im not giving this 5 stars is because one of the parts that was supposed to have a drilled hole in it didnt have it. Fortunately it was in a place where it didnt matter much if I didnt screw that particular piece but it did made me question for over half an hour if I was following directions correctly, I was, it just so happened I had a piece that was missing a drilled hole.
Screw holes for the support bar for the middle do not line up; we had to tie them. We bought 2 beds and neither lined up. Too late for us to return as we needed them ASAP. Would have been aming otherwise.
BE WEARY?The quality of the bed is as terrible as the customer service from this Third party seller who was extremely unprofessional and told me to be patient and wait when I asked when my item will be shipped 4 days after ordering the express shipping it still didnt get sent, so I had to contact who greatly helped and got things going. It is a very unstable cheap frame. It creaks and gets loose to where it becomes wobbly and unstable. The bars were to long and made terrible scratches all over the frame while assembling. I ordered the Queen size and its awkwardly about 5 inches larger and to big for my mattress so theres a weird GAP! Never again ordering from this company.
It took less than 2 hours to set up with two people. However, there was a glitch with one of the s which was too short and couldnt screw it.
However, it looked exactly like it was in the product listing and I love it

The bed frame was exactly what I ordered but now I have to try to get the heavy extra bed shipped back.

Is not the right size
It is easy to put together but it is not the size it said in the description and it is not a queen size either it is somewhere right in between
