For the price I was expecting a little more out of this chair. It showed up in the time it was suppose to but the box was a little damaged. The chair itself was not damaged though. It was pretty straight forward t assemble and went very smoothly until I got to the legs. All but one of the legs had messed up threads on them that attach it to the chair. I called their customer service and within 10 minutes they had a whole new set of legs on the way in the mail. the chair looks good and was really bought for an accent piece but it is not very comfortable. The cushions are very hard and have almost no give to them. But all in all besides the comfort-ability it is a decent chair.
Ordered two chairs for office. One came in with a defective part and we reached out to the company and they sent us a replacement part and now they are both assembled and being used daily. Super comfortable too!
Im extremely happy with my purchase! The side wings we had to really pound down until they were flush with the arms, but it is a surprisingly comfortable and sturdy chair and the upholstery fabric is nice and soft. My cat sleeps in it often on her own and half the time I come home from work to find my boyfriend and my cat sitting in it together. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered 2 of them first one arrived and was perfectly fine second chair is not as good as the first one otherwise I would have given 5 stars lots of loose stitching witch isnt a big deal I was able to cut the ends of mused but Im not really happy with the armrest on the 2nd chair as an error in the stitching there is right at the edge
They fit nicely and would be top if that wouldnt be the case
