I ordered two of these chairs for a seating area in my large kitchen. Seem to be well made. Stiffer than some chairs might be but I dont find them uncomfortable at all.
I ordered two of these chairs in July. The look great and are very comfortable. However, after just 3 months of light use, the seams are already braking on the seat of one of the chairs. Mind you, Im not a heavy guy - 62 and 180 lbs. Disappointed in the durability. I contacted the manufacturer. We shall see If I have any success with getting this replaced.
Arrived fast and looks nice. Sturdy and very easy to assemble. I love the color. The only thing to be aware of is that its not soft at all, so if comfort matters then you may not like this piece. It is very firm. However, it works fine for me with a couple pillows (my cat also LOVES it). Appearance-wise, its great!
I like the chair. I was told by more than one customer service rep that adding deliver to chosen room charge was for assembly of the chair which came completely unassembled and that the deliverers would take the furniture piece I was replacing with this chair away with them. The drivers would do neither. They just dropped the box in my living room. Now that it is assembled it really is a nice chair. It has springs in the seat that make it nice and firm and high. Very comfy cozy.
