This was a very easy to put together onceI got the box open. The colors of the fabric are very bright and cheerful. My husband loves the chair because It keeps me out of his recliner.
First thing to note: if you have an issue with the product- CONTACT THE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE LOCATED ON THE PRODUCT TAG. One of the arms of the chair had a sewing error where the machine had slipped and left a hole in the seam. After a single phone call and a few emails to get all of my information squared away, I had a brand new arm shipped OVERNIGHT to my home, at no extra cost to me! Now for the rest: The chair feels firm, which is what I wanted for a reading chair. The cushions are easy to remove and clean, and both cushions have easy access zippers for re-stuffing in the future. A great purchase, and Im currently looking at their other furniture pieces to fill out the rest of the room.
This is a beautiful chair. We ordered two and assembled the first one, following directions with no problems. The second one was a problem to assemble. The pre-drilled holes on the chair did not match up, so we had to drill our own holes. We are happy with the chairs, but we should not have had to drill our own holes to put it together!

Shortcomings
The chair is very nice looking but a little shorter than Id imagined. I Bought it for my sons room and hes 65 which makes it even smaller looking. Lol

This seat is HEAVEN. Honestly its the perfect amount of plush so you sink just a tiny bit, perfect for reading and relaxing.
