I rely greatly on reviews whenever I purchase anything and after purchasing this I absolutely had to write a review. I love this shower head and handheld massage! The quality far exceeded my expectations and for the money you won't find anything even close . Normally I wouldn't spend $200 on a showerhead but based on the reviews that I read and the fact that I was redoing my shower I felt the need to indulge myself a bit and purchased this. All I can say is if you are on the fence and even a bit reluctant put aside any doubt and purchase one.I can't say enough positive things about it!
I don't like to give reviews of products right after they have been purchased in order to give me time to use the product. I've had this shower system for about 8 months and I have to say it is awesome! The rain shower head feels so good and now I regret not having invested in one previously. The hand held shower attachment is awesome too and use both of them on a daily basis. The shower component itself is very heavy and appears to be made from quality metal and none of the plastic parts that you often get when purchasing from big box stores. The only criticism I have is that it isn't offered in a brushed nickel or brushed stainless steel option however I would recommend this system to anyone considering a new shower system.
I purchased this item in 2016. It is still beautiful and working really well. I read one review that said you can only use either the hand sprayer or the rainfall shower fixture but my husband was able to install it so that we can use both at the same time we just have to turn the knob half way and they both work with good pressure. I am very pleased with their customer service too! I was just about to order another one for my bathtub shower remodel and their customer service was so helpful. They let me know that If you need another bathtub faucet, you need to install it with another shower control. I had no idea. They care about their customers and have helped me with both purchases.

This shower setup looks great and it works as expected so from that perspective i'm happy!
I wasn't impressed with how the water connections for the shower heads go through the wall. The instructions are next to useless and it appears that you have to be incredibly accurate in calculating your wall/tile thickness and then rely on a small grub screw to hold it all together. I ended up buying some chrome plated threaded extensions and trashing the parts supplied.
I had a couple of minor problems: a knocking sound coming from the faucet and problems with the shower head bar. I emailed the manufacturer at 7 pm and got an email back at 7:30. They were shipping me there parts directly from China to solved the knocking sound and sending me a new shower head arm through . The parts from China arrived in 3 DAY! How amazing is that? All minor problems resolved the first attempt.
Amazing customer service. Also love how it looks and functions.
I installed the unit myself and if I could, I would post how awesome in looks in our new shower.

Looks and works great but why make the install so hard?

Low price for a rich look
Exceptionally nice for the price. The diverter seems very well built along with the rest of the product.

High End Feel
So far so good. Looks and feels very high end especially for the price. Install was straight forward (licensed contractor).
