I dont know what all these other people are complaining about. The chair definitely didnt smell when I got it, nor is it off white. I purchased the white and it is definitely white. My mirror is super white so thats the only difference I see. The size is good also. I dont know how jumbo someone would expect it to be, its a rather wide chair and is very comfortable. The only thing I dont like about it is the zipper that goes down the center of the back. Other than that I love it!
Arrived quickly and the style was exactly what I was looking for. Matches perfectly with the white theme I have going on in my desk room but definitely not the most comfortable chair.
Ordered 2 of these; came a day earlier than expected; assembly very simple. Good quality! So happy with them!!!
Update: had a problem with one of the chairs after a year of use. Contacted seller, and they were prompt in providing a recommendation. When that didnt solve the problem, they were quick to make us completely satisfied!
