The Furniture Company Farmhouse Barn Wood Universal Stand looks very nice. I like the finish. the instructions were clear, and for the most part, all the pieces fit.
I am disappointed with a three things. First, the cam/lock hardware does not seem to Lock! Several of the locks fell out of place when we moved the unit. They just seemed to be poor quality. In the end, I went to a local hardware store to purchase different hardware. This was costly and time consuming. Secondly, some of the holes for the shelf pins appeared to be drilled too big and a shelf pin would fall out, rendering the shelf useless. Another trip to the hardware store. :/( Finally, the doors are too thin, in my opinion. These doors will get used often and they feel fragile. There is nothing wrong with the door hardware; but the door itself could be made better.
All/in/all, a nice looking unit; but I am not expecting it to survive our family use without me putting in some time and effort to compensate for the poor build quality. I hope this is helpful.
I dont usually write reviews unless a product is atrocious or exceptional. This is by far the best item of furniture I have assembled during lockdown. The numbering and labelling of all components is clear and the instructions would put Ikea to shame. I pretty much managed to assemble this on my own, just needed some help with final assembly. The tooling precision is aming, the quality of the components is aming. I would only question the stickers used to cover bolts on the inside of the unit, as they dont stick well and are awkward to apply. You cant even see the bolts once assembled so I did not bother. Once screw head broke on the door hinge but makes no difference whatsoever. I would buy again.
Use for TV and satellite box, dvr. Shelves underneath for books and miscellaneous. Love this piece, quality finish. Doesnt look like put together furniture Happy with this.

This was relatively easy to assemble (Id rate the ease and instructions one notch below IKEA) and its attractive and sturdy.
When I was searching for a console it was all about whether our new 75 Sony TV would fit on it, and this seemed to be the right size. But when we got it set up and put the TV on top we found that its exactly the same depth as the TV legs. If some one bumped it a little or there was an earthquake, I think it would fall right off.
I ended up screwing metal brackets on the front and back to ensure the TV doesnt fall off and weve been happy with it.
I realize the depth of TV legs will vary by brand and model. Just be sure to know that measurement and compare it against the depth of your console. Im just sure that people with wide TVs will be looking at this and might run into the same problem. If it was 2 inches deeper itd be perfect.
This was a great buy!! Its luxurious in the look and feel. This is a solid piece of furniture that heats up my bedroom. It takes a bit to heat the entire room but when it does its great! I just love looking at it!

Overall worth it
It was hard to put together, but might has just been me. Otherwise I love the look and its extremely sturdy.

Easy to put together and good quality. The only issue I ran into was fitment for the cabinet doors. The gaps and lineament was not straight

Looks just like the picture goes perfectly with my living room. I had someone from services assemble it. It took him almost 3 hours to put together.

Luxurious In The Feel And Look
