My husband is a handyman and it did take awhile to put together. It feels sturdy and will look great in my office at home. I would recommend to everyone to purchase. It was received with slight nick in the box that I didnt notice when it was delivered. I have a small scratch, but it was not worth sending it back, but it can be covered with a wood filler stick.
It looks so beautiful but it was difficult to build. Overall it is great and looks beautiful! Matches my coffee table which does gives u the matching furniture to choose from.
The fireplace is very pretty, relatively easy to assemble and heats quickly. Only down side is it is pretty loud. Not really an issue if youre watching tv but its loud when theres nothing to drown it out.
This was decently easy to put together, except for the very last steps of screwing the hinges on. It was tough to get the screws in so I had to have my hubby help! It seems pretty sturdy. I love the color of it and at first I was worried about the height I actually love it once my tv was on it.

I highly suggest having two people available to assemble it. It took me and my husband a couple of hours to put it together. Its not hard and the directions are easy to follow. Im very pleased with our purchase.
