When putting the bed together though with my dad, two of the parts were a little small making it nearly impossible to put in the drawers! I plan on asking for replacement items and hopefully fix this problem. Otherwise besides the drawer problem this bed is really good! Im about 5 7 and weigh 127lbs, this bed works well with me. I hope to use it for years to come.
Wonderful, functional piece of furniture that is affordable and looks great. After it was unpackaged, a significant bit of damage was discovered. We contacted and received a partial refund with no hassle. The refund was just right to locally replace the piece that had been damaged. Great item, great customer service.

I would rate this a 3.5-4. It is a really pretty bed when put together however it takes a good 2-3 hours to assemble if you have a know how to assemble this kind of thing. It looks like it would scratch easily, thus the pain pen included. It is made of pressed wood so it wont be oober durable, but you get what you pay for. For a toddler/young boy this is a great find. I love the way it looks in his room and dosent take up much room and doubles as a dresser, PERFECT. I bought two and have not put the second together but will soon. Two of the pieces arrived cracked as other people have said, but a little wood glue and clamps fixed them (thats assuming you have access to those) Overall im glad I bought it.

Solid construction, a nice finish and sleek look make this a 4-star bed. It never creaks or cracks when I toss and turn on it, and giving it a good shake wont cause it to fall apart. The polished aluminum accents give it a slightly modern feel, and it doesnt take up a whole lot of room space, which I like.
I do have a couple of gripes about the bed, however. Installation was not the easiest. As another reviewer mentioned, the L brackets used to attach the frame do not make it easy to line up and it would be much easier with two people. Just an annoyance. The slats are not of the best quality, and some were a little warped and longer than others. It took a decent amount of shuffling and wedging to get them in just right.
The biggest thing is the center supports. Just as yet another reviewer pointed out, they dont touch the ground. Not even close. I had to get under there and unscrew them to the point where theyre almost falling out for them to graze carpet. I bought some rubber feet to stick under them just so theyd be resting on something. Its like they either measured incorrectly and just went with it, or eyeballed the center legs. Not good, but some rubber feet did the trick.
Overall its a nice bed, and for the people wondering how to match furniture with this, there are matching nightstands and chests. I do own the nightstand and it matches beautifully. I cant speak to other brands, but I like the matching aesthetic of the set.

This is 2nd time I ordered this bed because the first time it came damaged. I wasnt really happy about it the first time so I sent it back and looked around for other beds. I kept coming back to this one and Im glad I did! I was happy to see that they now added extra packaging so the corners dont get all busted up in shipping (its 129 lbs shipping weight, its likely to be man handled). Although two of the panels came cracked, I gave 5 stars because overall Im very satisfied with the purchase and customer service was a breeze. I called customer service and they were very quick and efficient in getting replacement parts sent to me. Definitely a good deal!
I love the look of this bed! Its very sleek and looks great in my sons room. The spaceof the drawers isnt much as I was only able to fit like 8 pairs of pants (mind you its for my 4 year old son so 8 isnt a lot) but it does the job. The frame underneath the mattress is a cheap plywood so I feel like itll break when my son gets older. It does the job for now and hes happy!

After reading the 50/50 reviews on this bed, I decided that I would try the product anyway. I wanted a bed with storage underneath and was on a tight budget. I figured the extra work of putting it together was worth the benefit in price. It was cheaper to purchase the product from , although the same bed was on sale on the manufactures website. I had also purchased the headboard (no problems), dresser, and bookcase. Since I received the bookcase with a couple of broken pieces and was able to receive replacement parts from the manufacturer in about a week, I was not upset when there were broken pieces in this case. BUTthere were A LOT of broken pieces and would not replacesince over 50% of them were broken. I had to repack the bed in the the box and return it to . The good thing is that i just had to drag it to the front door and UPS picked it up from there. The shipping was free and I received a new bed in about a week. The new bed was packed totally different. There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING broken. Why dont they pack all of the beds like that? It is obvious that they have received enough complaints and returns that they have improved the packing process. It took me about four hours.alone.to put the bed together. The directions are not the easiest to follow(no words, just diagrams), but if you are used to putting together or other big box store items, it should not be too difficult.
My son is six and this bed works well for him. I can see him possible outgrowing it when he becomes a tween. The drawers are great added storage space. We keep all his PJs and extra sheets in there. They open and close easily. I was concerned about the plastic sliders, however, guarantees them for five years .(Their customer service has been easy to work with so far so I dont forsee any problems. i would like it if they remembered you as a customer so your information didnt have to be given everytime, but since you are s customer, they dont keep you in their customer database.) The bed is sturdy, has not signs of wear from the past 6 months. There were some frustrating events in this process, but I am satisfied with the finished product considering the amount of money I spent on the enire bedroom.

A Nice Bed

Sleek
I love the look of this bed! Its very sleek and looks great in my sons room.
