To me, one of the product images imply that it comes with 4 drawers. You can tell by the set up here taken from the foot of the bed in the middle that it comes with only 2 and they take up more than half of the space underneath. Just in case anyone was wondering. Will update later on wear. Oh and put the sides on that wont have the drawers before attaching the headboard and footboard, its just easier that way.
The bed itself is really beautiful but much of the wood is unfinished (especially the wood slats) so handling the wood is a little risk heavy for splinters and cuts. The directions also stipulate the use of a screwdriver to secure the frame and wood slats, but there are no pre-drilled holes so its basically impossible to do this without a drill.
Bought this for my daughter but there was no way she could put it together. None of the parts in two (2) boxes were labeled, the assembly instructions were minimal and vague and the workmanship on hole location was very poor.
Got it together but it was a very long and frustrating process.
Well made product and instruction are in ENGLISH not China version, and easy to understand and follow.
Recommend you use a drill with Philips head bit and an Allen head bit as this will speed up process. First one I put together took about and hour and a 15 minutes. The second one took 40 minutes. A couple of suggestions - dont put the JRN nuts in as suggested in step 4 as they will fall out, rather insert them 1 by one at steps 7, 8, 9, and 10 as you insert JCB connectors. In steps 7,8,9,10 insert the JCB connectors in the top holes first, lifting panel as necessary to align holes. Also follow advice in step 7 concerning adjusting the JRN nut with a screwdriver.
All in all pretty decent product with very good instructions.

My daughter fell in love with this diamond button headboard and footboard. She feels like her room is now complete with such a beautiful product.
Beautiful bed but unfinished wood is a safety issue
