I had this couch for three years. It was about $300 when we bought it, it was our first piece of new furniture, and we were living in a much smaller house than the one that is pictured in this review. It replaced a too-big sectional that we found on the side of the road a couple years prior, and it was perfect for that space (a post-college home with a couple of roommates who were all invested in making the house look cool and function well).
ASSEMBLY:
Very easy to put together. Parts came in the small zippered storage compartments under the couch. You can also tighten pieces throughout the years through those zippered storage compartments.
COMFORT:
Ive seen others say this isnt the comfiest couch. It is firm, and sleeping on it isnt like sleeping on a mattress, but its comfier than many couch beds or futons Ive slept on. Its awkward to sit in the middle as the couch dips in right there. It was only around year 3 that I started feeling any springs under the cushions. It was pretty comfy for at least 2.5 years.
PRICE:
Like I said, it was $300 when we got it. It looked great and worked well for 3 years. Thats $100 a year or $8 a month for something we and our friends used constantly. I think it was a good deal.
We got a new couch recently because our cats have torn this one to shreds, its got a red wine stain, and you can start to feel a spring under one of the cushions. But only one of those things is the fault of the couch. Overall Id say its a great piece of starter furniture if youre trying to buy new on a budget.
Great little couch for the price! We were looking for a nice small couch to add to our second smaller living room. This fits the bill nicely. I love the orange color, adds a nice pop of fun in an otherwise boring space. It isnt the most comfortable thing to sit on but overall its fine for what it is. Ive fallen asleep on it a couple times and my sister has stayed over and slept on it and said its not the worst thing in the world but admittedly a little hard.
It was pretty easy to put together, but we were missing a screw so had to improvise and use our own. Also, the two back pieces dont sit even with each other when they are all the way up in the upright position, but since we have it against a wall its not noticable because the wall helps support it in the back.
Overall though its a good little couch that hopefully work well for us for a while! Bonus is that our cats also love it.

The futon has three settings, upright, reclined, and completely flat. Comfy and retro! Im 58 and can lay down comfortably on this.

This futon looks so nice for my small space. However, to assemble it, it took about an hour and a half. Most of the tools and parts didnt fit together correctly and I wasnt able to use all the tools required. This futon is also super low to the ground, but spacious in width.

Super easy to put together, came quicker than expected but just not comfortable at all. Hard as a rock. Its cute though so I guess thats a plus.

The most uncomfortable couch. Awkward seat cushions. The seam between the chaise and the rest of the couch sticks out.
