I have to give this futon a five star because it is just so worth the price! The delivery right to your door...(I live on the third floor without elevator...) more importantly, The color is so beautiful and matches my other home decor super well! I love it!
Just put it together, but thus far extremely happy with this product. Was easy to put together and comes with all needed materials. Looks very nice in my living room and appears very durable.
Its a bit deep so I need pillows to sit in it. The couch feels great and has some springiness in the seat. You can feel the middle when it is flat, but you can avoid it by altering sleeping positions. The clicking to change positions is a bit loud, but it holds in place.
I bought this for my dogs room so I could sit with my dogs. This is a great couch for the purpose I had intended. Dog hair comes off of the material easily and doesnt really seem to embed in the couch. I slept on it once, and to me it wasnt that comfortable - mainly because of the bar in the middle, but there is actually room enough for a person to sleep on one side or the other of the bar. I really like the look and the quality of the couch. Everything fit together perfectly and there is no wobble or anything to give me the impression it wont hold up. It took about 30 min to put it together and I didnt need additional tools. Oh and as for the firmness, when I sit on it or my fat redbone (100+ pounds and all knees, elbows and wiggles) theres never an impression left after we get up - so it is very firm. You really cannot beat the price and I couldnt be happier with it.

Arrived in good condition, fit perfectly in space and grandson loves it...
You can sit or sleep on it.
Super happy with this futon, the linen is good quality. Its pretty comfortable. It was easy to assemble.
