This chair looks good, but it feels pretty flimsy. Its roughly first apartment quality, and more or less what youd expect ordering a chair from an store .
Since the price is bordering on what youd pay for a lower/end chair at a furniture store, I did expect it to feel a little more like it was going to stay together.
One week review: This is for our bedroom. The couch arrived less than a week after order, exactly on time, assembly took less than 10 minutes and I did it by myself. The color is as shown in the product pictures (light grey), the fabric is very soft and a sort of textured velvet feel. The cushions are perfect combo of firm and soft and can be pulled off, though Im not really sure about cleaning the pieces separately / the guide says not to. You definitely cant flip the cushions, which is why I went ahead and purchased the SmartGuard insurance plan in case a stain appears that I cant deal with (we have kids and a dog), so I figure Im covered. My dog threw up on the couch on night two (of course) and I was able to get it out perfectly, so Im pretty impressed with the fabric. Its not waterproof exactly, but the cushion inside never got wet. All in all, we were looking at very similar couches for 1000+ from Article and Joybird, and Im glad we went with this.
The couch was delivered early but they put it where I wanted it in my house. Assembly consisted of sliding the back onto metal posts that clip, and screwing the legs on with an included Allen wrench.
Its a little bit firm for my tastes but it arrived undamaged and it looks good. Way easier than aimlessly wandering around a furniture store being harassed by salespeople
Love, love my new couch. Exactly what it appeared to be, and super easy assembly! My mom hated the choice, but once here, she completely saw what style I was looking for in this room, and she admits she LOVES it, too. Super comfortable. A little pricey, but I am very happy with the quality and timeless style. Good investment in my opinion.
Very pleased with this purchase, size is perfect, delivery was seamless, the few pieces it took to put together was effortless. Its very comfortable, love love that we went ahead and bought the matching ottoman. If I get to pick something, I would like more color options, but for now, I will enjoy this new addition!
So the couch itself is pretty decent. The cushions are a good balance for my preference between soft and firm. The fabric is chenille like so its comfortable (not sure how durable it is but I guess time will tell). The couch fabric generates a lot of static though.
I had two issues with the quality of the couch. I ordered the whole set / couch, loveseat, armchair and ottoman. On the couch, I could not screw in one of the legs because there was a staple blocking the hole for the screw. Only way I could remove the staple was to cut a little hole into the underside lining of couch in order to get to the staple. Once that was done, I was able to screw in the leg and it was fine but I do have a permanent hole on the underside of my new couch. Luckily, its not noticeable but still, I really did not want to puncture a hole in my new couch.
Second issue I had was armchair was a little un/level. I figured I would place one of those chair pads under one the legs to level it but its beginning to settle in and level out so I dont even think Im going to bother with the minor un/leveling but still, you would expect something new to not have issues.
Now for delivery of the couch / that was a bit of an ordeal. So they delivered my couch and loveseat in two different colors. I had to schedule a return of one piece and order another one. The scheduled return did not come at the scheduled time. I spoke to shipping dispatcher (who leaves a voicemail to remind you of the scheduled time). Shipping dispatcher tried to resolve by scheduling another pick/up time which would coincide with delivery of the correct color couch. The delivery of correct couch came a little earlier than the scheduled time (which was fine since I was home but I could have missed them because they did not show up within the scheduled time). They deliver my new couch but refuse to take the wrong color one saying it was not on their list to pick up. So now I have to wait again for them to pick up the wrong couch. What a pain.
Overall the couch quality is decent / except for those couple of issues I had. I dont know about the durability of the couch but I will update if anything breaks sooner than it should. I did consider buying the couch warranty but the reviews on it said they made the process so difficult to deter people from putting through any claims. Next time, I may just stick with buying my couch from Macys as I did previously since the last couch set was from there and was durable with no delivery issues. Ive also heard the Macys furniture warranty is actually worth it. Well see how the couches hold up.

Absolutely stunning. Easy to assemble. This chair is well made and has a more structured/firm comfort to it. The shade is more of an oatmeal color. Styling is subtle but makes a statement. Love this piece and mid/century styling. It has been an easy way to update the look of the living room.

Its certainly not heirloom furniture, but you cant argue with the price or what you get for it.

Mid/Century on point
Just the mid/century look I wanted. Ordered 2 loveseats. Came on time and in perfect shape. Small assembly is required (legs/back).They look great.
