Relatively easy to assemble, instructions were very clear - just allow a couple hours to get it done. All parts clearly labeled and everything lined up/fit together without too much hassle. I had a helper and it still took about 2 1/2 hours. Great looking and feels sturdy - lift mechanism works as advertised. Lots of storage for extra blankets, pillows, sweaters and other not-too-big-or-heavy items. Originally I was sent the wrong color but one call was all it took to arrange pickup of the wrong bed and redelivery of the right one a few days later. It was between this and another lift-bed on that looked almost identical (but was cheaper.) I opted for this slightly more expensive one as it looked a bit more sturdy (for example the headboard is one solid piece, not propped up on little legs) and had overall better reviews. So far Im very pleased with my purchase!
This took forever to put together. Ive had this for a few months and weve already had a slat break. The slats slide out of place and are extremely difficult to put back, the screws fell out of the head of the frame. Overall im not the happiest but it works and looks good.
This bed was very easy to assemble. The height of the bed is perfect for people who like being as close to the ground as possible. Its a smooth looking bed, would definitely recommend for the men to get this bed frame. Good job
While this bed is awesome and easy to assemble when first purchased, I have taken it through 2 moves since. The mechanism for locking the slats into the frame is like a plug - and so, when trying to pull out the slats and the things they fit in to, multiple of the slat locking mechanisms simply broke; either breaking off part of the plug or ripping it entirely. I now have multiple slats that cant be locked into place, and so the boards shift around and break easily. Wish there was a way to find replacement slats. It did last quite a while; but I know it would have lasted much longer if I hadnt had to move and try to disassemble.
Within a few months the Boards on the inside of the bed for the platform fall out and bust, I liked the bed at first and then slowly but surely one by one the planks inside the bed under the mattress would start slipping out and snapping in half now one whole side of my bed Im constantly having to add different kinds of boards 2 x 4s and now were talking about having to go and buy a ply board just to put down under to hopefully fix the problem. Im about 220 pounds and my four-year-old disabled child sleeps with me so there wasnt a huge amount of weight
Order came on time. I am female 54 and 155 lbs. I was able to unpack the box and assemble the bed frame by myself. Drawer space is large. I would recommend this to anyone.
After shopping for a platform bed with underneath storage we decided on this one. We werent disappointed. It seems very strong, well designed and not at all cheap looking. The parts fit together well, but the instructions are not as clear as they could be. The drawings are excellent but its not always clear which end of the bed frame youre looking at, or whether it might be a bottom or top view. This caused us a few do-overs during the assembly process. We ended up putting most of the thing together loosely before tightening all the screws and bolts. The bed came with an Allen wrench to put it together. Youll need something more substantial or it will take you forever. Fortunately, the machine screws are not Phillips head screws but are Robertson screws or square drive or socket head screws. It would be hard, but maybe not impossible for one person to put the bed together. It comes in two boxes and once assembled the entire platform is pretty heavy and is not moveable as one piece. So assemble it where you intend it to reside. To move it in the future will require a substantial disassembly. There is more storage available underneath the raised mattress than we expected. Your underneath storage stuff does not just lay on your floor under the bed. The bed has its own internal flooring that keeps your stuff up off your bedroom floor. We put a 14 inch thick foam mattress on it and the top surface of the mattress is about 27 inches above the floor which should be fine for most people. However, if you require a higher bed surface, the directions say it cannot be placed on risers.

Great buy!
Definitely Worth the money! Easy to assemble! Very comfortable! I love the 2 drawers on the bottom of the bed!
Great Looking, Functional and Easy to Assemble!

Easy to put together
It all in all took me 4 hours but I work from home and I wasnt consistently working on it. Im about 170 lbs and 5 months in and its completely sturdy.

One of the best low platform beds
This bed was very easy to assemble. The height of the bed is perfect for people who like being as close to the ground as possible. Its a smooth looking bed, would definitely recommend for the men to get this bed frame. Good job
Great when first set up - Slats will break/break off when moving.
