I ended up ordering this couch after several failed attempts using wayfair/local furniture stores. Everything was backordered! While I was nervous waiting for it to arrive, I absolutely love the set! I don't believe the photos do it justice at all. The fabric is beautiful, the seating is deep, and it's firm but not uncomfortable. I have the full 3 piece set and it's perfect for the whole family but doesnt take up a ridiculous amount of space. The pillows were an added bonus! I don't have cats or allow my dogs on the couch, so I've had zero problems I've seen in other reviews, such as ripping/pulling. I do wish the cushions were flippable, however. I worry in the future my favorite spot will eventually be obvious. Putting together was a breeze. The backs all have a sturdy track they slip into
I had some angst ordering furniture this size over and online for that matter, but it was all for nothing. It arrived in perfect shape and on time, a great addition to the office. The only minor downside was the missing instructions, nonetheless very easy to assemble and very sturdy if I do say so. Recommended
Couches come with white plastic feet on the legs that look floor friendly. So we assembled the 2 couches we bought and flipped them over. A couple days later I noticed several deep scrapes in our floors. Turns out the plastic feet are cheap nylon with a nail impeded! The nail pops through the plastic with minimal weight. We sat on the couch once, 2 of the feet failed and the nails ripped deep scrapes in our new floors. I had to remove all the feet and go buy felt feet. Construction is so so. The legs are also poorly designed to be wiggly no mater how hard you bolt them in. Foam could also be softer . Only good thing I have to say is that they look nice. Who is going to pay the $400 to repair our new hardwood?
The quality is very good and very ease to assemble. Size is perfect and so the height. The only think I dont love is that the light grey one has a greenish tone to it. Didnt like the pillows colors but nice it came with them. Its really firm so if you are looking for a soft couch this might not be the one.

For those of you who dont watch the video I Purchased this couch back in August 2021. I didnt end up moving into my new home until the end of November. When I got the couch home and opened it up I realized that it was not the charcoal gray that I had ordered. It was actually a beautiful fabric but it was black and brown, perfect for an Authentic mid century modern sofa. It is a beautiful couch which I would give it 10 stars if that was available but I just didnt match my color scheme you can see it in the video. So I decided to call and see if they could help me even a little bit. I called they didnt just help me a little bit they were extravagant in their help for me. They worked it out so that I could get a complete reimbursement on the money spent and theyre not going to help me wrangle to try and return this huge couch. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with and their customer service!
This couch is very much a show piece rather than a piece of furniture meant to be lounged on. The style is pretty great, but the quality of materials and craftsmanship are rather poor. This couch uses a very stiff generic foam all throughout the couch. It uses very light plywood for a base that will certainly not handle more than 400lbs probably. It has a very hollow feel to it.
I would not recommend this couch for those looking for a piece that looks good AND feels good.
Nice sectional for the price, fairly easy to put together. The hardest part was putting the corner pieces in place. It is firm but comfortable. Delivered earlier than expected. Two large boxes.
Beautiful sofa set. It was a little confusing to put together at first but was pretty simple once we figured it out. The cushions are firm yet soft and the throw pillows that come with them are a nice touch. Overall pretty happy so far with this purchase.
A little smaller than I anticipated, but perfect for our little living space. Color and material is as described. The cushions are firm and overall it's a nice look. I'm happy with the purchase.
