I came back to add that the customer service from the sr is incredible, i.e. it actually IS customer service! From a human! Who answered immediately! Replied to my additional questions immediately!

I love the look and comfort of the chair; however, it is very low, it is about an inch higher than my end table. Once my couch comes hopefully it goes with the flow and style. The actual seat portion of the chair did come scratched, I will be trying to switch out but it matches my picture frame perfect.
These chairs are great. The assembly is super easy. The blue color is just like in the pictures. You definitely have to break in the chair a little, but theyre comfortable and they look great.

I like the way it looks, but its not very comfortable for an extended time. Were going to have to use some type of a pillow to prop up the back, as well as maybe a softer something to sit on.
Item was packaged well, simple assembly, but I recommend 2 people which would make it substantially easier. Seems very sturdy and fairly comfortable/cushions are firm, will see if holds up with time. Color of cushion is more of a medium wheat /definitely not brown.
