This futon is just as good, if not better than most of its kind and at a much lower price. The only bad thing is its packaging, its just a thin box, and if it gets damaged during shipping it damages the futon itself. Like mine did. It would be 5 stars if no damage. Its very firm, but comfortable, and looks decent.
Reached out to about the damage. They quickly sent a replacement (2 days), scheduled a pick/up (next/day) after I received the new one.
After having it a few days, I can say its well worth the price. But you get what you pay for, it does get quite uncomfortable after a long movie, for example.
We ordered both the chaise and the sofa so that we could have it in the basement family room that converted into a guest bedroom. We had read on previous reviews that the colors fabric didnt match, however ours matched perfectly. They arrived in sturdy boxes and were both new in perfect condition. It took just a few minutes to put on the legs. They are both firm but comfortable. The two pieces convert to a bed very easily. The other reviewers are correct in that the bed is somewhere in between a queen and a king. We bought a 3 memory foam king size mattress pad and king size sheets due to the reviews. The sheets are a bit big but still fit fine. It is super comfy with the mattress pad, just like a bed. However I wouldnt suggest using it as a bed without one due to the firmness of it if you want your guests to be comfortable. We also ordered the 3 year warranty for each due to reviews of sagging and tears. The quality for the price is outstanding. Im not sure how comfy it would be, or how it would hold up using on a daily basis, but for a family room/guest room, its perfect. Get the warranty for extra piece of mind.
I saw this futon in white at a friends house and it was exactly what I needed for our loft. I was happy to see it came in vanilla. It came well packed and it was easy to assemble. It looks great! Perfect!
Excellent value for the money. This lounge is perfect for a TV or Recreation room. The padding is extra firm. Very easy to put together. I am 56. My feet hang off the edge when in the reclined position, but I dont mind that. It makes for a great extra bed source if you need it. I like it because its not messy like futons tend to look Its conformable and stylish. Super fast delivery.
Every asks where I get these. The futon is not cheaply made at all and is very durable for the price. We thought we would be lucky to get a year out of the product, but so far no wear and tear 11 months later. Very comfortable too.
