This futon was truly a deal and fits well in my office. Since I work from home it is a welcome addition to when company comes in and they have somewhere comfy to sit or lay. I got a cheap pillow from Ross as it doesnt have arms but its one less thing to break for kids. As long this futon is against a wall you shouldnt have any wear and tear issues in my opinion from opening and closing it
We replaced our RV couch/futon with this. It fits perfect in the space and is actually a bit lighter than the old one. So far its standing up to our toddler but well see how long that will last.
Nice modern style. Fits our purpose, although seat is little low. We are using for seating at table and for an added bed. Wish it was 3 taller for the seat / open bed
