Great shower set! Ma taking showers easier! We also received one of the parts damaged, but we contacted them and they were very quick in answering and replacing the part! Very happy with the product and the shower!

Its well constructed and we get a lot of compliments on it, but as you can see from the pic, the design does not allow for adjustable handheld shower settings which I would like to see on next gen and has nothing to do with functionality. I mean, who doesnt want adjustable handheld cough! Still so pretty. Seller is a bit of a pain. Sent bent handle, then I had to photograph this to prove to him) and wait additional time to receive. Not a true issue, but seller even sent it without the brass adapter so I had to uninstall and reinstall an adapter that is factory installed for most cases.
Initially, we were concerned by the lack of reviews and the suspicious low price. When the packaging arrived, the boxes had a bunch of writing in an Asian language, raising even more suspicion. However, the components inside were a very pleasant surp. Our plumber installed this in our newly built shower and it works great! The system comes will all the components you will need for installation.
We highly recommend this product if you want the valves separate from the shower fixtures.
Just renovated a bathroom and chose this hardware for the shower. It is superb! The rain shower is substantial, the water pressure is good and it looks fabulous.
I had this product installed as part of a master bath renovation. Despite big box store warnings of it being unfamiliar, plastic and Chinese made, the unit looks and works great. The best part and tricky part was the plumbing. I opted not to use rain head on wall bar extender but instead placed it center from ceiling. Love it! Its like standing in the rain. With just the water control and handheld , it leaves only 2 fixtures on the wall. It made the beauty of the marble and glass of the walk/in shower more dramatic and eye catching. Ive seen a similar product a little cheaper but this was well worth the money.
All I can say I WOW! This set just puts the finishing touch on my newly remodeled bathroom! My contractor is the one who first told about this product and so happy I followed his advise! We chose all chrome finishings and the shower set is definitely the stand out piece. Not only is it beautiful to look at, but the waterfall is divine and has aming pressure! I love that it covers our whole body while showering, Im 52 and my husband is 64 for reference! Dont hesitatebuy now!
