This mattress doesnt look like any of the review pics. Im thinking they sent the wrong one. It came in a nap queen box but it doesnt say nap queen anywhere in the mattress. Its also not very comfortable and doesnt seem like it will hold up. I hardly write any reviews but Im disappointed in this.
This bed is seriously so comfortable. Its soft and you sink in, yet not so soft that its hard to get out of. Its tall and no boxsprings seems to be needed. It also took its shape immediately, without any overpowering odor, like some beds in a box have. It was heavy in the box but after take it out, the roll, itself, was easy to carry, which was a park because I had no one to help me carry it in the house!
We ordered this hybrid mattress for our bunk bed. The mattresses took less than 48 hours to regain their shape. They did not have a chemical smell to them. They are solid, yet so comfortable. These mattresses are worth the price.
After my Casper mattress got destroyed (brothers dog ate it) I dreaded buying another bed because I didnt think Id be able to buy an affordable and comfortable mattress but after sleeping on it for a week I am very happy to say that its one of the most comfortable mattresses Ive slept on.
I have emailed the company a few times, with the same question, and they have not gotten back to me.
We have had to replace a few mattresses that have fiberglass for flame retardant.
Luckily, we did not take off the cover. (When we had purchased our last mattresses, one of the selling points was a removable cover). Unfortunately, one of the covers got a slight rip in it and the fiberglass broke down over time, and in areas (Like corners) where there is more pressure around seams and you have to work to get sheets on and off etc
We have had some issues and minor fiberglass nightmares, not as bad as other peoples stories. However, we are having to replace our bedroom mattress; and discovered that the mattress in our guest bedroom has the same lawsuits.
Needless to say, we are a little freaked out about Fiberglass. I have sent a few emails to the company, asking a simple question, that I was hoping to get answered, before we go through all the clean/up and unleashes the new mattress.
I am leaving this with 3 stars, until I hear back
or find the answer to my question, For Lack of customer service.

The mattress arrived promptly. It came vacuum sealed in a box. You wouldnt believe a mattress was in there. But once open, it takes its proper shape. The instructions said to wait for 24hrs which we did. But within an hour it fully took its shape. My teenage son likes it very much and he said its comfortable. It truly is true to size. I highly recommend this mattress
Soft yet firm, and really kinda cool/feeling which is great because I sleep so hot. Takes about a day to get its shape back then another to really fill out. Just give it time. Good mattress!

Great Mattress for Kids Bunk Bed
