Just received this bed. It was just a cute as the pics. Not very hard to put together but when i finished putting it together I realized the sides of the bed are two different color whiteand its on both side. Was very disappointed but otherwise very cute.
Love the bed! Bought it for a Park Model trailer. Fits perfectly. Great for additional storage. Took about 3 hours to put together but the instructions were excellent and all the parts were well labeled. I thought it might be
a little deeper and all the way to the floor but apart from that Im very happy with the bed
The bed is absolutely wonderful! Although it was delivered damaged and had multiple holes in the box. It was easy to put together, the instructions were simple, and it came with extra screws and connectors. I would have given a 4 star review due to the damage, but I couldnt bring myself to do it due to how nice the bed is.
If you purchase this product, it comes in two large boxes (labeled 1 of 2 2 of 2). Make sure you get both delivered.
The first delivery failed to deliver box 1 of 2. After speaking with customer service, they re/scheduled the delivery for two weeks later. The second delivery team nearly left without dropping off box 1 of 2 for a second time.
Additionally, some of the pre/installed brackets (on the two sideboards) of this product were not installed in the correct location. Double check these before you start assembling. Its a two second fix if you catch it early, but after getting half way through the build, its quite the pain to fix.
Once complete it seems like a solid product. Plenty of storage room and the lift mechanism works fantastic. Time will tell if it holds up.

Product came in good condition. We didnt encountered any issues while assembling it. Theres just too much parts but instructions was easy to follow.

Good but not what I expected
Headboard is much smaller than expected. With your mattress you can see about 8 inches of the upholstery

Good size bed, took a couple hours to assemble, my daughter loves it. Good for small rooms.
