I like this bed overall, it has a nice look and it is easy to lift up the mattress with the hydraulics. Upon opening the box I immediately noticed a very large hole on the back of the headboard. I am always disappointed by companies who choose to send out damaged product for the full price rather then sending out a product of true good quality. I had my father who is an engineer come over to help me with the assembly and even he struggled with the odd design so be prepared for a headache. Once we managed to get it together it has a nice look and so far has been sturdy. The storage space is slightly less deep then I thought it would be but it still offers a lot of space.
I like the extra storage and I needed a platform frame for my mattress. This filled both my needs. Had some shipping issues and I contacted company and they resolved the issues. They have a great customer service team.
Took a little longer than expected to assemble with 2 people, but still quite easy to put together. Great instructions and came very well packed. Seems sturdy after the first month of use and fits plenty in the storage area. Very happy with this purchase!
We ordered this same frame through Walmart and it came broken which we returned and then ordered the replacement here. The order came quickly and was not damaged. The bed was easy to put together and looks nice and sleek. I am happy with the design and price. I do wish the headboard was a bit taller but its not a deal breaker.
Its beautiful and extremely comfortable! However, some of the drawer pieces were a bit damaged when I opened the package. I was also expecting 4 , but the twin size bed only comes with 2. Not a huge deal since it can still hold my clothes which is what matters. It was mostly easy to assemble, but I recommend having another person help you if you want to finish it faster. This bed can really change the vibe of an entire room! I recommend it!
my only complaint would be that the headboard is a little bit too short. besides that i absolutely love this bed. it arrived pretty fast and it was easy to assemble. super comfortable and sturdy. love it so much
