This is a complex product to assemble and takes two people. Also some of the screws are really small and fragile. But, the desk looks great and is very functional, so overall I really like it.
They were actually kind of hard to put together first when youre by yourself so do not recommend put them together by yourself other than that is that good storage underneath the tables it was hard to put the screws in when you put the top on but I like them

I was so happy when I opened it and it had everything and nothing was so much as scratched even though box looks like it got hit a few times as there was holes/tears in box, but it was packaged with plenty of cushion and styrofoam nothing happened to the coffee table, there was even hard plastic on all the corners of top piece so that it didnt get chipped in transport. Took me about an hour and a half to put together but I did have to call a neighbor to help with top because that part does require at least 2 people. Only small issue was that it was impossible for me to manually screw in the metal piece to top part because wood was so dense so I did have to start it with a small electric screwdriver/drill then finish manually other parts no issue screwing things in. I do wish the screws for lift part were larger. They were quite small so I hope they hold up. Opens and closes well at perfect speed they did include a pinching warning sticker you can see in photo which I will remove. Found instructions easy even with just pictures because they were super clear there was no need to guess. Very happy with it and perfect for my space.
The finish is perfect and assembling the table was not a difficult task. The only struggle was screwing some the screws into the marked places. A power drill was required for it because the marked areas for the screws werent completely bored so pressured needed to be applied to get the screws to thread in all the way. The only other complaint was a warning sticker on one of the planks that was annoying to remove and left an adhesive residue. If that happens, spray it the area with WD/40, wipe it down thoroughly, then spray with a light all purpose cleaner and wipe it down again to remove grease stains that the WD/40 may leave. Great product!
Lift top doesnt open smoothly. It also opens unevenly, one side up then the other. Not what I expected. You also need to keep some weight on it to open the lift top cause if you dont the entire table shifts. They also have labels on the table that are hard to come off and messes the table up. You need goo gone to remove the labels.

I was a little worried about how yellow this table would look against our brown couch. We have two other pieces of black furniture in the living room and I wanted some contrast. This table does not look yellow at all in person! Very easy to assemble. I just wish it came with one of those furniture stain pens in case we get any nicks in the wood over time.
Love this table! A bit wobbly on the ascend descend but i just hold both sides when adjusting. Great for short people and tall alike! Im 54 my hubs is 61 and we both are really happy with this table. Perfect if you eat at the couch and need the height to reach.
