Assembly was straightforward if you have a power drill screwdriver. I didnt understand something so I contacted the manufacturer, the rep named Stephanie promptly answered each question immediately. The bed is adorable! The problems we encountered were mentioned in other reviews: holes drilled in the wrong places, missing hardware, splintered pieces of wood for the top house. I figured this would be the case so I had a handyman assemble and warned him. A drill, extra hardware, Wood putty, paint, and a professional doing it and not me saved me my sanity but cost an extra 300. Overall Id say its worth it, but important to budget for! Went together easily
My daughter loves it. We spent couple of days assembling it, but the results were aming. Tip. Be organized on opening the boxes and check everything is complete. I love it.
My husband assembled and hes great at that stuff / plan on it taking over an hour more like 2/3 hours. The kids (boys 5 and 7) absolutely love it, especially the slide. The house part is cute but you have to remind the kids not to bump their head. Making the bed, you need to hook the fitted sheets at the top then scoot backwards so that took me a minute to figure out and you have to be willing to crawl around on top and bottom bunk to get beds made. Overall, the kids and I love it, we got the gray color. It looks nice
This is just like pictured and my 3 year old is absolutely thrilled. It does take quite a bit of time to assemble/it was a 6/7 hour project for my husband by himself though I did have to hold things for final assembly. Its overall sturdy and does sway a little easily if moving around a lot on the top bunk. I Would definitely buy again
My 4 year old picked out this bed and it is pretty cool. However, it is a pain to assemble alone. Get ready to do yoga and put yourself in some cry positions trying to get some of the pieces together. Also get ready for some sore thumbs because of all the Allen wrench screwing. I have managed to get the entire bed together but cant attach the base to the top until I have someone help me ( maybe Ill try a jack later or Ill just wait). The one thing I can say I do not like about the bed are the drawers. They do not attach and just rest on the floor. If I would have read more reviews I would have saw this before I made my purchase. The shipment comes in three different packages and all of the hardware came in one box. I was missing hardware and contacted the seller and manufacturer and it was resolved. Customer service gets 5 stars. Bed gets 5 stars. I am giving an overall 4 star review due to the drawers and assembly process. I would say just pay someone to put it together but I like to save money and ended up saving mine to do on my own. 4 year old loves it and thats all that matters. It is beautiful and functional.
Some of the screw holes were stripped or not through at all. The directions were also a little difficult but over all I wouldnt have ordered any other. Overall, great value for the price.

We would have given it more starts but while assembling we were missing the horizontal hole bolts 1/4. We wrote the company to send these to us so we could finish assembling but never heard back. We ended up finding a few that we need to replace from another furniture item. Normally, we would have ran to Home Depot but our carpenter who assembled it didnt have time to drive out there.
Also, the slide is really steep. We cant seem to figure out how to make it come out more so its not as straight down. This product was just what I needed
Not the best instructions. Was also missing a couple bolts/screws. Also has a VERY strong chemical smell right out of the box. Had to let my daughters room air out a full 24hours+ to get rid of the smell before she could sleep in her room. Slide is basically garbage. Its WAY too steep. I wish there was a railing we could fill in that space with as its right next to the ladder. Its sturdy and she loves it however and it was cheaper than other options. I honestly love
