The stools are soo comfortable and easy to assemble. In addition, I was little worried if I would be able to clean the fabric because I have 3 kids and they do not keep clean, but actually spills and spots comes off pretty easily, just wipe it off and its gone.
Also, initially I ordered two of them and the one had damaged base (I believe it was bad handling by the UPS) and I had such an excellent customer service. They accepted my return month later and gave me brand new stool, no questions asked!!! Therefore, you want comfortable, soft, good design stool and excellent service- order these.
You wont regret it!!!

I have engineered wood flooring and its not scratching the floors. It has a semi hard rubber ring around the edge of the base. I would buy this again for sure.
