First box came without any hardware/tools. I was told they cant just sent me the tools, I had to return the chair and get another one. So UPS picked up the old chair and I did get a new one, just not the one I ordered. I kept it because I didnt want to bother with it any more. It was mostly easy to put together other than some trickiness getting the back on with the arm rests (the one I was sent has arm rests). It seems to be sturdy enough. If not for the mix/ups I would have given it 5 stars. Overall you got what you paid for.
Its exactly what I expected / comfy, but not luxurious, looks nice in the office, and allows me to sit with my legs up. Very cute, looks just like the pictures.

Its not quite as cushioned as I had hoped, but Im not disappointed with my purchase. It fits well with my room design. Style and purpose
The price is great but the product matches how cheap it is. we just use it more for decoration rather than an actual chair. Love the color, but isnt really comfortable. Also kinda hard to put on the wheels but other than that assembly is fine. ALL GOOD!
