Was a little nervous ordering furniture through / Ive been eyeing this for a long time for my meditation room and I finally pulled the trigger! Received messages and calls immediately from the seller to confirm the order and arrange for delivery date. Very professional and trustworthy, they thought there might be a delay because of the truck driver shortage but it arrived early and very professional delivery! Fully assembled so I canceled the add on to have come assemble for free. All around Im extremely happy and so is my cat! I realize this will probably be her new bed and Ill have to fight her for it lol! Person and cat approved! High quality and comfy! Thanks and for making it a pleasure to buy furniture online! Very stylish and great quality!
Ordered this accent chair and the color was slightly different than what is in the description. Contacted the customer service about it and got the issue resolved quickly. SO happy!

It is a beautiful chair, it just does not have a tall enough back for adequate support. The goal was to use this chair in my office. The dimensions described on the website are not accurate. When I tried to return the chair, they offered a 30 discount but pay a shipping fee. when that was declined to offered for me to keep the chair at half price because as they said I was their VIP customer. Unless using this chair for someone who is the height of a toddler or for an animal to lay on, do not order. They need to update their specs and dont make this chair look like something that can be sat in in.
UPDATE: We updated the overall rating/The seller provided us a full refund so in all fairness we are pleased with the customer service that was provided. however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
