I love this frame! Its sturdy and looks fantastic. I did have a little bit of a hard time putting it together since the instructions are basically just pictures with little text. The silver screws stick out against the white so I had to paint them white. I would still recommend it to everyone, though. Decent for the price
This was perfect for our soon to be teen son! It is sturdy, easy to put together. Overall we were very impressed with the quality and price! Comfortable and high quality!
We had a couple of issues with the frame. The fasteners that bolt the frame together are all exposed. I will have to buy some plastic covers for them. The lag screws have a pilot hole drilled into them and two of cross members of the foot board were cracked before we installed the lags. See attached pictures. I had to add a corner brace to ensure we didnt have a problem later. We were also missing all of the hardware to attach the slats to the frame. Its not bad its just not great.
Its a nice bed for the price. Wasnt too hard to put together. Im not sure I would trust it to hold anywhere near 500 pounds as is since the slats it came with arent very strong. We just purchased a piece of plywood and cut it to size and its a lot stronger now. Other than that, the bed is nice and will work well for our 8 year old. So far meets my expectations
