One of the pumps had a little dent on it, I contacted the seller and he was able to replace it for me. Other than that, these look very nice and you cant beat them for the price.
Order came in 2 separate boxes with 1 day of delayed delivery on one box. Very stylish and comfortable for the price. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for cost friendly luxury look
After 2 years, still perfect. Minor inconvenience for our older kid assembling one was that assembly relies on friction to keep the top on the bottom 1/2 and as he moved it the bottom slipped off and hit his foot. He is fine, so is the stool and now it has a story. They look great, replace 3/post oak flat stools, love these. Would recommend to anyone.
The 4 stools arrived in two boxes. So I assembled 2 out of the 4 stools and decided that it really didnt match our decor even though it seemed decently made for the price. Repackaged the 2 in its box to near perfection and requested a return authorization. It took a couple of business days to get it and was surprised that shipping was our dime. Took the boxes to the brown truck carrier and was dismayed that it would cost nearly half the price of the stools to ship the two boxes back. I cancelled the return and gave the stools to an employee who had just bought a new place. Feedback was that they like the stools a lot.
