The bed is very cute itself, and it feels sturdy enough. I have not received my matress to see how it takes my weight. The only flaws to it was one side of the rails was higher than the other but well see how it turns out with matress on top.another flaw is that the paint chips off very easily and I have not had this happen to any of my metal chairs I have in my dining room and I have had them for 2 years with 5 kids ages 10 and down, so I was disappointed in that matter.
The bed frame size is too big. We have used this mattress on other twin beds so we know the mattress size isnt irregularly small. Ive been stuffing the sides with blankets so my two year old doesnt get stuck. I tried centering it but my girly kept scraping her back on it when she would get out. I dont why this this has such great reviews of the frame is too big so Im HOPING theres something Im missing. Is there a different size of twin bed that you are all using. I really love the look of the bed and dont want to have to undo the whole thing but I dont want a janky bed so I will be returning it if I dont get any answers.
I needed a bed low to the ground for toddler transitioning to a regular bed, but I didnt want to have to keep buying bedframes as they grew. This was perfect, I bought a bunkie board so no additional height was added, when they get bigger well get a boxspring to elevate the mattress. Saw this exact frame in a Pin and knew it was perfect for us, I was so excited to find it here! Some space for storage underneath, We store the kids dvds there and extra art supplies. We did buy open box to save a few bucks and it was missing a few bolts but when we reached out directly to the company and filled out the replacement parts form they got the bolts to us within a week. Couldnt be more pleased!
