This thing is long, like stupid long, like longer than the mattress long. Its about 8longer than it should be. So long in fact we cant shut the door where we wanted to put it. It seems sturdy but why the extra length? I guess Ill shove a couple of body pillows there? Plant a garden? No idea.
Good price. Completed assembly over two days since we didnt have power tools, but wasnt difficult. Its holding up well so far with a 4 year old on the top bunk and a 12 year old on the bottom bunk. Could be faulty assembly, but it is a little wobbly. The girls enjoy it though so its working for us. The only downside is remembering how tricky it is to make the bed
We got this bed on open box discount. There were a couple scratches but it was expected knowing it was already opened and or damaged. My boys love the bed. Its sturdy.
This is a great bunk for my 7 year old. It also leaves us with the capability of having adult guests sleep over on the bottom bunk ( we kept her queen size mattress on it) as her room usually turns into the guest room. The top is sturdy enough for kids to sleep on. When Im on the top (110 lbs) moving around to make the bed its a bit wobbly. More so than my sons wooden loft ( which can also be a bit wobbly). I got the silver one which is in fact gray. Looks great and suits our needs perfect. Arrived in a timely manner. Had no issues with hardware. Im 52 /110lbs and put it together all by myself. I found the instructions quite easy to follow. I love that there is room for storage underneath as wel Overall I find it a great full over full bunk for the pric
Overall, I really like the bunks. Top bunk high/ a little too close to ceiling, but still. ok.
The rungs on the ladder to top are thin and narrow. Hurts your feet climbing up. I would suggest the manufacture improve that the steps. Our kids wear their tennis shoes to get up then put them in the corner of the bed to get down.
Good bed for extra room for guests, sturdy and decent metal not too difficult to build, need extra hands. Girlfriend and I did it in about an hour time, was perfectly packed in two boxes with hardware
