I absolutely love this umbrella it is absolutely Gorgeous On the underside! The base does not come with it that was a separate purchase the handle is very easy to use if you follow the instructions it explains how to tilt and my reasons for purchasing this umbrella was due to the beauty of the underside and the fact that it tilted no issues with the tilting its very easy it appears to be made with great craftsmanship by no means does it look like a cheap product it is a beautiful umbrella I highly recommend!
