The reviews are correct about the directions not being very detailed. Having a bit of ingenuity and some extra hands does help, though. Assembly was not terribly difficult.
It does not seem to be as sturdy as I had hoped for. I dont think that I want any larger kids climbing around on it. Once its assembled, its not easily moved. This was on carpet. Im sure a bare floor would allow it to slide easier. The drawers are not impressive. The bigger the drawer, the wobblier its is. The bigger drawers should have had two guides on them. We used 8 inch foam mattresses on all three levels. It works well on the trundle, but I dont think it will store with blankets on it. We just make that one when needed.
The real frustrating part was the delivery. It did arrive a couple of days sooner than expected. Which was good. However, when Fed Ex delivered it, it arrived with one box broken open. The driver mentioned that there seemed to be a surge in these heavy bunk bed orders, in the recent past. Which makes you wonder if there was a little frustration on their part that played into the damage. But, thats just my thought. Things appeared to be in good shape. But, by the time I got to the end, I had two pieces left and missing one. As it turned out, those two extra pieces were actually one piece. The piece that I needed. As you can see in the picture, I was able to complete the assembly and the bed is functional. The damage is visible. I just wonder about the integrity and safety of the bed, with that defect. Again, I dont think I want any large kids climbing around on it.
So far so good, though. It doesnt get used often.
In hindsight, I would look elsewhere. Big Lots has a bunk bed that is priced well and feels very sturdy. I would have had to add a trundle but, it still may have cost less. Hope to improve in the future
This is a nice bunk bed set. For the most part it is very sturdy and was easy to put together. I would say that what I paid into this product is what I have received. The kids love it and I love the steps I use it to store their sheets and things like that. Went together easily
Label could be a lot clearer. More details in the instruction would be helpful. If your not use to building things or assembly you could struggle doing installation. Product was sturdy and just what we wanted for kids. I love it.
This is a very nice looking bed. The instructions were a little unclear and sometimes confusing. It took a few tries for some parts to get right. It does look nice and my girls love it. I Would definitely buy again
Nice fit and finish. I think it would be faster to go out into the forest, cut down a tree, mill it into lumber and then build bunk beds. WAY too many little pieces to save on shipping and manufacturing costs. Im a builder by trade and found it unnecessarily time consuming to put together. Nice product once assembled with good storage and has held up well though It is beautiful and functional.
So this thing was missing three screws and a dowel. The assembly instructions are poor. Some of the boards were not drilled out properly and I had to drill out the back boards for all the droors just to put the screws in. I was actually pretty disappointed.
Our twins LOVE the beds. Assembly took about 4 hours. The instructions and order of assembly are not intuitive, and the identifying numbers/letters were not easy to read. Overall, very happy with product. Shipping was fast and the seller was very responsive to questions. Overall, great value for the price.

Good for small rooms

Perfect
Hard to assemble but perfect for 3 kids or sleepovers. Very durable. Safer than typical bunk bed ladders without a doubt It looks nice

Twin Bed
Very nice product. Does take time to assemble. Kids love all 3 beds! Modern, comfortable and great value
Plan for a full day to assemble
