Assembles in about a half hour as advertised and is hard to beleive it starts out in a box. Very comfortable and stylish and even includes throw pillows. Highly recommended! perfectly fine with it
I was scared to order this couch based on reviews and past furniture I had purchased, but THANKFULLY it has exceeded them. I bought this couch in November and I wanted to give it some time before I reviewed it. Living in Boston, I needed a stable couch/in/a/box that I could fit through a narrow stairwell. The box is huge and VERY heavy, so I had to take it to my apartment piece by piece.
Assembly is simple. I put this couch together [by myself] within 20 minutes. Unlike other reviews, my parts and the locations designated matched up correctly. This couch is very stable. I have slept on it .I weigh around 200lbs. as well as multiple guests. My boyfriend and I sit on the couch about 5 hours per night [a combined 375/390lbs] and have not felt like it was going to break. Unlike my previous couch, our backs do not hurt and we are actually comfortable after a longer period of time.
My only complaint is that the back pillows need weekly fluffing as the filling tends to push to the bottom. The bottom cushions also flatten out, but a simple fluff fixes the problem. Very happy with product

I have the middle sized (73 inch) sofa in marzipan. I like it. It came with 2 throw pillows which I hadnt expected. Im 52 and petite and this couch fits me just fine. Its only day 2 for me, and some of the reviews are correct, its a bit overstuffed and kinda forces you to roll off the edge, but it will sink down over the course of the years I plan to keep this. While it can be put together with just one person, I do recommend that you do it with someone else. If only so they can tell you, you are attempting to put the back of the couch in wrong. The shipping was the most difficult part of this. My local UPS required me to be home and sign for it, then he needed help carrying it up the steps to my apartment. Even after my life progresses this will be the perfect couch to put in the basement and let the kids play on. Im glad I got it. Very well built
This cry comfy couch is extremely nice for the money! I was so nervous to buy it online especially since I had to assemble it but honestly I had it done in about 20 mins and its perfect for my space! GREAT LOVE IT!!!
Ill preface this by saying the wrong color sofa was sent to me. I dont know how someone mistakes the one/inch lettering on the side of the box that says RYE BROWN for MARZIPAN, but I appreciate not really doing too much about the mistake except forcing me to wait almost a week to get it swapped out or offering a scant refund that doesnt even cover the cost of the couch slip I just ordered to turn this bad boy back to the color I intended it to be. Heres to you, prime membership.
Bottom line is, if youre looking for a 300 sofa, this is a great 300 sofa. Especially if your in laws tend to show up unannounced or your single friends like to drink their dating woes away at your place, this couch is PERFECT at encouraging them to not stay as long.
It is quite firm/ so firm, in fact, you need to tell your kids to jump on it to loosen it up a bit (or if you dont have kids, ask the neighbors). This isnt a couch you can kerplunk into and feel like youre morphing into a pillow of awesomeness; this is a couch you hog and lay across at an angle, which is significantly more comfortable than sitting upright. It likely just needs a lot of breaking in (or different cushions, which wouldnt be a bad idea and cheaper fix). But this is indeed a matter of personal preference/ my sleep number bed would be in the negative digits if it came with the option, Im a fan of all things soft and squishy.
It is, however, comfortable enough and more aesthically pleasing than my ex. It is also VERY easy to put together/ Im on my third beer and had no issue putting it together by myself. Sans awkwardly moving such a large box into the house and wondering if I should leave the UPS guy a tip, theres nothing complicated about this piece of furniture.
Docked a star because again, its pretty firm /and somebody doesnt know how to read the side of a box/ by as far as quality, not bad at all. So go give your in/laws something else to judge you over and purchase this couch if youre looking for something inexpensive but durable and nice looking. We love it

Just the Couch/In/A/Box that I Needed
