We chose a mattress that would not fit with this bed frame. That is the reason for the return. The item has been delivered, did not open box, labeled to be returned. It will needed to have 2 people handle box due to the heaviness of it. Easy set up.
The frame was beautiful, sturdy and easy to assemble. We had a factory related problem but it was resolved instantly with the best customer service I have ever experienced. ( No kidding) It was easy.
The only thing I didnt like were the instructions. Very small print and pretty vague on the assembly instructions. But all in all pretty straightforward.Good.
