Good quality. Great product for your money. I assembled this by myself (except for when it was time to put the top bunk on lol) It looks intimidating at first but the instructions were clear. Its pretty sturdy considering I slept in it for a week because my child is afraid to sleep by herself.
The entire process from purchase to assembly was a nightmare. They lost the package, there was more defects that originally stated (a few times we had to just drill our own holes), it took two weeks to even finally receive all of the parts so my kids were sleeping on the floor.

I contacted the actual company and they were easy to talk to and great BUT they dont ship replacement parts to Hawaii Super lame considering I just spent 3 hours of my time and thinking another 3 hours to take apart. bummed, so I contact super stoked on the fix. I would recommend this bed. As overall, was great and seems sturdy aside from the issues. is happily fixing the problem. ( my daughters have a small room, they are 11 12. Works great so far
My daughter love it!!! Bed arrived several days earlier than initially estimated per my order, which was great. Arrived in two heavy boxes via UPS, and the long box was extremely heavy and ripped on the end, but I was able to drag/push it into my front door. No damage was done to the wood parts inside the box. The directions were completely easy to read and understand, and it did take me about 2.5 hours to assemble by myself, but only because I am middle/age with arthritis and its just hard for me to move fast anymore. I am impressed with the solid wood, the color (I selected gray), and the construction. This is for my grandsons, and I feel completely confident that the bunk bed will be durable and provide many years of use. I love that I can split it into two separate twin beds! I bought this bunk bed for their home, but I may just buy a 2nd bunk bed for our home for when they or any guest spends the night. Im so impressed that I can get quality furniture like this on .

Im sure they are not meant to be jumped on by 170 pound young men, but they are doing the job intended for!
With all of the good reviews, I figured this purchase was a no brainer. I was very disappointed when i opened the boxes last night to assemble, only to find SEVERAL pieces are cracked!
Expected. This is a steady bed! I can lay on the top bunk with my daughter and no squeaky or anything that makes me feel unstable! Im a single mom and I put it together in less then 2 hours. Super easy.
I love it space saver I am back to buy another one. Bought this particular one for the nice look, the ladder angle (straight up and down is hard for younger kids and easy to fall from), and the value.
We had unfortunate issues with it coming with damage and cracks. We were able to make it work and we were offered a discount rather then a replacement. This we accepted as it would be a huge hassle to have to take it apart and try to ship it back.

Good deal and was easy to put together. Its difficult to make the top bunk with the fence so snug to the mattress.
