Nicely made but honestly smaller than ideal for my Labrador retriever. Will keep it and use it but will probably need something else in the future at least for her water.
Our small dog tends to make a mess when eating and has a tendency to flip bowls when they get below his desired fill level. So far he hasnt dragged the mat or figured out how to remove the bowls so we are very happy! No more stepping on kibble or getting wet socks.
Plastic bowls would have been better than stainless steel. Easier clean up and water would not leave a ring in the bowl and wouldnt evaporate so quickly.
This is a great set for keeping the food/ water neat. Im not sure if you can tell, but its not just a mat. Ive tried those and its no neater. The rubber actually surrounds the bowl so the bowl cant move. No more spills. Now the not so good: This is supposed to be for a large dog. Id say medium at best. My 45 pound dog goes through the water bowl more than once a day. Im not sure if my dog is just a big drinker, that may be it, so maybe check what your dog drinks in a day.
Bowls are good quality for serving dry and/or wet food and clean up easily. I put the bowls in the dishwasher have had them in both the bottom and middle racks with no trouble with rusting or any other problem. My only complaint is they slip around the feeder while my pup is eating which spooks her a bit therefore I need to see if I can find the same bowls with rubber underneath the rims so they dont shift while shes eating her food.
These work for well for price. Be aware that these are not solid stainless/plated only. I say this because I like to add pinch of Himalayan salt in dogs water; immediate rust forms. Will keep the bowls but no longer adding salt.
Just received this bowl today. It seems to be well made. Before I bought it I asked if it would fit in a crate with 2 inch spacing and was told yes. I have an older crate . It WILL NOT fit! And when I just tried to create a return, it says it is not eligible for returns. So now unfortunately Im stuck with it!

Description said it was good for 70 lb dog. not really big enough for MY 70lb dog, but nice quality.
Cute design

Rust
One of these bowls rusted around the rim within the week I got them
Light weight bowl
Ok. So it is metal so you think it would be just fine. I just think the metal is too thin though so it feels cheap and not sure how long it will last
Disappointed
